Mansour joined IFS to oversee its operations in Asia Pacific, Japan, the Middle East, and Africa in September 2023. She previously worked for multinational software companies, including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft. She was appointed as an independent non-executive director of Centamin, a gold mining company that operates Egypt's Sukari Gold Mine, in January 2024 and appointed a member of Egypt’s National Council for Women in November 2024, through a presidential decree. She is a member of the supreme advisory board for the Arab Council for Social Responsibility, and she has been an elected board member of AmCham Egypt since June 2021.
