El Mir began her career with Oracle in 2005 as a senior manager and assumed her current role in 2021. In November 2024, Oracle and Tamkeen signed an MoU to open the Oracle Engineering Center in Bahrain. El Mir has previously held various roles in Oracle across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
