Al-Jarallah is CEO of the Al-Inma Medical Services Company, which owns and operates the Hayat National Hospitals Group. She is also head of the allergy and immunology department at Hayat National Hospital. The group records over 1.5 million visits and more than 40,000 surgeries per year across its six branches. In October 2024, it signed an agreement with GE HealthCare to equip three of its new HNH hospitals in Buraydah, Baysh, and Muhayil Aseer with diagnostic imaging technologies. Al-Jarallah has been the vice chairperson of the National Committee of Private Hospitals in the Saudi Chamber of Commerce since 2017. She is also a member of the Ministry of Health’s Founding Executive Committee of managing human capital in the healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia.
