Ahmadi joined DMCC in 2008 and assumed her current position in 2019. In 2024, DMCC registered 2,048 new member companies, bringing its total to nearly 25,000. In September 2024, DMCC launched the DMCC AI Centre, a platform to drive AI adoption and practical scalable solutions throughout MENA. Ahmadi is also a board member of the Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange, Ports Customs and Free Zone Corporation, and Concordia Facility Management.
