Chadli assumed her current role in January 2024. In October 2024, Schneider Electric launched a new manufacturing facility in Sharjah, which will manufacture and assemble AI-ready prefabricated modular data centers. It also launched the joint venture manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi, TAQANA Energy Solutions, alongside the Arab Development Establishment. In the same month, the company inaugurated its Qatar office in Msheireb Downtown Doha in collaboration with Msheireb Properties. Chadli previously held roles at APC, EY, and Sinch MessageMedia. She is also on the executive committee of RES4Africa, a foundation supporting Africa's energy transition.
