Bhojani joined Innoventures Education when it was established in 2004 and assumed her role as CEO in 2006. She oversees a team of 1,450 educators, with 9,000 students from 120 nationalities. In August 2023, the school announced a 16% surge in student enrolment compared to 2022. Bhojani has 19 years of experience. She previously worked in the technology sector for over 16 years in Europe, the U.S., Hong Kong, and Oman.
