Al Mheiri was appointed CEO of Fertil in January 2020. Fertil is a fertilizer producer in the U.A.E. that operates under Fertiglobe with an annual production capacity of 2.2 million metric tons of urea and 0.1 million metric tons of diesel exhaust fuel. Al Mheiri is also a member of ADNOC Drilling's board of directors. She is also a member of the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association's agri-nutrients committee.
