Kattan founded her perfume manufacturing company, Kayali, in 2018. Between 2022 and 2023, the brand launched 10 new fragrances. Kattan’s business is social-media-driven, and she has an engaged community of more than four million followers across multiple channels. She works closely with her sister, Huda Kattan, at Huda Beauty and also serves as president of HB Investments, a private investment office. Kattan is also an active mentor, speaker, and member of YPO, Founders Forum, and The Fragrance Foundation, amongst others.
