Tinubu-Karch joined Sidra Medicine in November 2022. Sidra Medicine is an entity of the Qatar Foundation, and fosters precision medicine, education, scientific discovery and research. It works closely with academic partners and research institutions like Weill Cornell Medicine, Qatar University, Hamad Medical Corporation, and Qatar Biobank. Tinubu-Karch was previously a non-executive board member at Sidra Medicine and had an advisory role with the management committee. She is also the founder and CEO of 6M Geriatrics and Hospital Medicine.
