Bahwan founded Bahwan CyberTek, a global provider of digital transformation solutions, in 1999. As of January 2023, BCT had five development centers in India. In September 2022, BCT and Temenos signed an agreement to scale and support Temenos’ operations in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bhutan. Bahwan is also the chairman of HBTI DMCC, a privately owned commodity trading company trading crude oil and oil products. She is also the founder and chairperson of Bahwan Lifestyle.
