Al Khaifi leads the Finance Directorate at Oman’s largest oil and gas producer. By the end of 2022, PDO's SME investment exceeded $508 million. In 2022, it established five Super Local Community Contractors, and their turnover surpassed $254 million. Al Khaifi is also the vice chairperson of the board of the State Street Saudi Arabia Financial Solutions and chairs some of the board committees. She is also the Secretary General/Vice Chair of the Omani British Society.
