Regional startups are using technology to disrupt traditional business and keep the Middle East on the pulse in global innovation. In doing so, they are creating opportunities by inspiring MENA’s youth and building new ecosystems for future growth.

Methodology

While receiving millions in funding, green startups are having a lasting effect on the region, and we weighted this impact more than funding when compiling this list. We considered:
• Current and potential environmental impact.
• Funds raised from external sources.
• Diversity in terms of geography as well as technology and subsectors.
