El Gammal joined EFG Holding in January 2010 and assumed her current role as Group Chief Marketing and Communications officer in January 2022. EFG Holding’s three verticals comprise of EFG Hermes, the Investment Bank, EFG Finance, its NBFI platform and Bank NXT, its commercial banking arm. The group reported $428 million in revenues for the nine months ending on September 30, 2024. Before EFG Holding, El Gammal worked at BNP Paribas.
