Saudi's Public Investment Fund (PIF) has signed a non-binding agreement with Seera Group Holding to own 30% of its subsidiary Almosafer Travel and Tourism Company at a value of $412 million (SAR 1.5 billion), a statement on the Saudi Exchange showed Tuesday.
