<p class="MsoNormal">At a time when restaurants remain closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Michelin Guide on Monday announced the 30<sup>th</sup> three-star restaurant in France as it presented its awards for 2021. While the awards were supposed to be announced at a lavish gala ceremony scheduled in Cognac, it was called off due to social distancing rules. Instead, the ceremony was broadcast via Facebook from the Jules Vernes restaurant located on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. </p>
