<p class="MsoNormal">Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) said Wednesday it received all regulatory approvals for acquiring the 50% stake held by Compass Group International in their joint venture (JV) operations in the UAE, which is part of its strategy to raise revenues and profit margins from key business divisions. </p>
