Tokyo Olympics organizers said Thursday they were on "solid ground" to hold the mega sports event. The comments came even as organizers confirmed that the first Tokyo Olympics test event of 2021 was postponed because of travel restrictions imposed by Japan to combat the surge in COVID-19 cases.
