<p class="MsoNormal">The International Energy Agency (IEA) has said that methane emissions from the global oil and gas industry dropped by around 10% in 2020 as compared to the previous year. The revelation was made in the latest edition of the annual Methane Tracker report released on Monday. The agency said that although emissions dropped due to a reduction in oil and gas production and the introduction of new methane regulations, it was still equivalent to the EU's total CO2 emissions.</p>
