<p class="MsoNormal">UN’s World Meteorological Organisation (WMO) has rejected notions that the lockdowns and other restrictions imposed by governments across the world to contain the COVID-19 pandemic will repair some of the damages caused by rising greenhouse gas emissions in the recent decade.</p>
