Dubai’s ruler and the country’s vice president, <span style="color:#2d2d2d"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid</span></span> took to Twitter on Saturday to announce this year’s theme, asking UAE residents to nominate people involved in tackling the virus. </p>
