The leaders of the Group of Seven (G7) biggest economies in the world met virtually on Friday, boosting their funding commitments for the fair distribution of COVID-19 vaccines to the most vulnerable countries and reaffirming unity in the global economic recovery as they mark 2021 a "turning point for multilateralism." The meeing also marked the debut of US President Joe Biden in the summit.
