<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="line-height:115%">Leaders of the six-member Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) signed the Al-Ula accord as well as a final communiqué at a meeting in Saudi city Al-Ula on Tuesday. Qatar’s Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani was received at the airport tarmac of Al-Ula by Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Salman where both of them wearing face masks embraced.</span></p>
