<p class="MsoNormal">Dubai's ruler and UAE Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum announced new appointments to the UAE government via his official website. The former Secretary-General of the Supreme Petroleum Council, Hamad Mubarak Al Shamsi was appointed as Minister of State, and Khalifa Saeed Suleiman as head of the ceremonies of the Vice President and Prime Minister, with the rank of minister. </p><p class="MsoNormal"></p>
