Tesla is suing a former employee after firing him over the alleged theft of around 26,000 confidential files.The electric vehicle maker had said on Friday that just days into the job, software engineer Alex Khatilov had stolen “thousands of trade computer scripts that took Tesla years to develop” and transferred them to his personal cloud storage service.
