<p class="MsoNormal">A patent licensing dispute between Finnish telecom equipment manufacturer Nokia and German carmaker Daimler has been referred by a German court to the European Court of Justice for clarification. The German court suspended the proceedings in the case filed by Nokia seeking royalties from Daimler for technology used in navigation systems, vehicle communications and self-driving cars.</p>
