Oil major Aramco and industrial software company Cognite on Monday announced that they will form a new company that will focus on digitization in Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The companies have entered into a joint venture (JV) that will render end-to-end digitally advanced solutions for customers across industries such as manufacturing and shipping, oil and gas, and power and utilities.
