Emad Mustafa, Head of Digital Technology Services-ME at Fujistu, joined us at our Digital Trends event in January to speak on our panel exploring the possibilities of artificial intelligence.On the sidelines he explained that he believes AI will become as vital to the world as electricity.“In our view we think that AI will become the new electricity. I believe AI will become the key technology that will help organizations improve and optimize and transform their offering. This will definitely help the organizations in MENA and we will always be happy to support them in their transformation,” said Mustafa.“Digital transformation is very important to all organizations. It has to not only be limited to automation, it has to be related to a core business process that will bring additional value and will transform the customers’ experience of that organization.”
