Google Cloud announced a multi-year deal with Twitter that would allow the social network to migrate its workload on offline analytics, data processing, and machine learning to the data platform. Twitter will make use of Google's Data Cloud such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Bigtable, and machine learning (ML) tools to process data points from Tweet, Like, and Retweet.
