<p class="MsoNormal">Three US states — New York, North Carolina and Utah — which are investigating Alphabet Inc’s Google over the fees it charges developers for in-app purchases and subscriptions, may file an antitrust lawsuit against the company early next year. In addition to the attorneys general of the above states, others too are preparing a lawsuit, which hasn’t been previously reported and could be filed by January, said the sources, asking not to be identified as the matter was not public yet.</p>
