A judge ruled on Tuesday a trial addressing Twitter’s lawsuit against Tesla CEO Elon Musk will take place over the course of five days in October 2022, a win for the social media platform. Twitter won its motion for an expedited trial in its lawsuit against Elon Musk on Tuesday.
