<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#000000">Social media giants Facebook and Twitter have been fined by a Russian court for their failure to delete content that Moscow deems illegal. The Tangansky district court imposed a penalty of $287,850 on Facebook while Twitter has been handed a penalty of $68,900. </span></p>
