The US has warned the UK about the long-term impact of doing business with Huawei as the company is linked to the Chinese communist party (CCP) and poses a national threat. The disclaimer comes after the first phase of Huawei’s optoelectronics research and development and manufacturing center in Cambridge was approved by the local council today.
