<p class="MsoNormal">Orascom Construction, in alliance with Siemens Mobility and Arab Contractors, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with National Authority for Tunnels in Egypt to design, install and commission Egypt’s first high-speed rail system.</p>
