<p class="MsoNormal">German auto giant Volkswagen AG’s truckmaking unit MAN disclosed that one in four employee layoffs will mainly be in Germany and Austria as it looks to save 1.8 billion euros ($2.1 billion) annually, as part of its cost-cutting restructuring plan.</p>
