<p class="MsoNormal">Dongfeng Motor Group and Dongfeng Peugeot Citroën Automobile Company Ltd, which is 50% owned by Stellantis, have signed an asset transfer deal that will allow Dongfeng Motor to acquire the latter’s assets for $233.7 million (1.7 billion yuan).</p>
