Saudi Telecom Company (stc) announced today it will need an extra two months to complete the acquisition of Vodafone Group's 55% stake in Vodafone Egypt for $2.4 billion. Vodafone Group owns 55% of Vodafone Egypt. The remaining stake is held by Telecom Egypt, which plans to keep its own share.
