<p class="MsoNormal">SoftBank Group Corp. said that it would sell its US mobile phone distributor Brightstar Global Group to a newly formed subsidiary of the U.S.-based private equity firm Brightstar Capital Partners BCP, as the Japanese group is divesting assets to boost its cash reserves and fund buybacks.</p><p class="MsoNormal"></p>
