<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="line-height:107%">Finnish telecommunications firm Nokia said Thursday it plans to cut its number of employees up to 14,000 in a bid to reduce cost and maintain profitability following a decline in its third-quarter sales amid an overall fall in demand.</span></p>
