Finnish telecom company Nokia recorded net sales of $25.3 billion (22.2 billion euros) in 2021, a 2% year-over-year increase, according to a company release Thursday, while its fourth-quarter sales declined 2% year-over-year, as the firm reassesses long-term targets.
