<p class="MsoNormal">The Crown Estate, which manages King Charles’ public property, has posted a record net profit of $1.4 billion (<span style="color:#1f1f1f"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">£</span></span>1.1 billion) for the fiscal year ended March 2024, thanks to the short-term uplift from offshore wind leasing.</p>
