<p class="MsoNormal">The partnership with Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast is for the construction of 3,000 homes along with associated utilities, roads and landscaping. Meanwhile, the contract with Siemens is for providing detailed engineering, procurement, and the construction of all associated underground cabling totalling 26 kilometres.</p>
