<p class="MsoNormal">Oman’s Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning has signed an agreement with Egypt-based Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) to develop two projects—a real estate development and a tourism venture—worth $3.9 billion (OMR 1.5 billion) west of Muscat.</p>
