Saudi conglomerate Kingdom Holding Company (KHC) incorporated a $533 million (SAR 2 billion) joint venture with Red Sea Global Company to develop a tourist resort on Shura Island on the west coast of Saudi Arabia, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
