In a bid to provide more comfortable solutions for its customers and attract investments to Dubai's growing real estate sector, the Dubai Land Department (DLD) has announced a new update in its complaints procedure for the management of jointly owned properties (JOP). Dubai continues to retain its top position as the preferred prime residential destination in the Middle East, according to Savills' Prime Residential World Cities Index that was released this week.
