With $6.5 billion, the UAE-based Emaar Properties is the top real estate company in the GCC region in terms of revenue generated in the first nine months of 2024. Headquartered in the UAE as well, Aldar Properties secured the runner-up position with $4.5 billion in nine-month revenue.
