<p class="MsoNormal">Egypt’s Talaat Moustafa Group will sign a contract with the New Urban Communities Authority to acquire 5,000 feddans (21 million square meters) for a sustainable mixed-use city in east Cairo with EGP 500 billion ($31.8 billion) investments.</p>
