<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#0e101a">Dubai's residential real estate industry recorded 3,300 sales transactions worth $1.83 billion (AED 6.74 billion) in January 2021, a growth of 15.5% in terms of the transaction number and 37% in terms of value compared to January 2020.</span></p>
