<p class="MsoNormal">A subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and British property developer Grosvenor have sold a combined 92% stake in the UK’s Liverpool ONE shopping center to Landsec for $621.8 million (£490 million).</p>
