The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has joined hands with the Abu Dhabi Pension Fund (ADPF) for a real estate investment partnership. As per the deal, the pension fund will acquire a 31% stake in ADNOC’s Abu Dhabi Energy Real Estate Company (ADEREC) for $900 million.
