<p class="MsoNormal">The UK government announced completion of negotiations with Moderna to get access to 5 million doses of its COVID-19 vaccine candidate, mRNA-1273, hours after the biotech company said it was 94.5% effective in preventing the virus based on interim data from its late-stage clinical trial. The supply will start in the beginning of March, subject to local regulatory approval, Moderna said on Tuesday.</p>
